An ideal way to get together on a weekday or weekend, whether you're looking for something to do before a wedding, while on holidays in Albany, or to celebrate a special occasion, retreats can help you find your centre, bring about more peace, and help you re-connect.
Price is dependent on factors including group size, catering options and venue. Kate will endeavor to create a package to suit all budgets, interests and fitness levels. As an example of pricing, a half day retreat ranges from $35 per person in a group of 10, with light refreshments and snacks. A full day retreat for a group of 6 starts from $160 per person, which includes catering, all materials and notes. Retreats can also include optional add-ons such as massage and reiki sessions.
